Thank you for your interest in the Lucerne Harbor Artists Village! Our Artists’ Studios are 360 square feet with a small support beam in the middle. They are equipped with heating and A/C. There is no plumbing of any kind in these studios. The bathrooms are public bathrooms, shared with the park and closed every evening overnight. There are outside spigots available for cleaning as needed.

The cost for these studios are $300 each per month, rented on a monthly basis, through the Lake County Arts Council. The property is owned by the County of Lake and we must follow government rules and regulations in regards to the property and facilities. The Arts Council is serving as the manager of the rentals and will be the main contact point for all renting artists.
We are hoping to build a bustling art community in Lucerne with classes and special events throughout the year, as it has been before Covid-19. Funds raised from this project will be used to further improve the Artists VIllage and reinvest into the Lucerne area.
