Upstate California artists, culture bearers, and organizations are invited to apply for funding to create media, outreach, or engagement campaigns that increase awareness for one or more of these program goals:
- Environment-related issues, such as water and energy conservation, climate mitigation, emergency preparedness, relief, and recovery
- Civic engagement, such as election participation
- Social justice and community engagement
- Public health
